You'll be the front line of growth prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals in construction and real estate tech while supporting key operational workflows that keep our team lean and fast. This hybrid role blends aggressive outreach with precision admin execution.
Core Responsibilities
Admin & Ops Support- Upload and reconcile receipts in Brex; follow up with team for compliance- Track vendor payments (legal, accounting, tech partners)-Support monthly reporting with CEO (QuickBooks, spreadsheets)- Issue insurance certificates and track renewals
Requirements- 1 year of experience in BDR, sales ops, or hybrid growth roles- Strong communication in English & Spanish- Experience with Hubspot, QuickBooks, Brex, Rippling (or similar tools)- Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM workflows, and vendor coordination- SaaS, hardware, or construction tech experience is a plus
