We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Monterrey, N.L., ideally in a hybrid work model (12 days in-office).
Applications will only be considered from candidates based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed about project details, milestones, and progress.
Manage scope changes to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project-specific risks while supporting the overall operational risk management strategy.
Monitor project performance and quality to ensure all established standards are met.
Generate detailed project reports covering progress, challenges, and achievements to complement the Operations Managers overall performance reports.
Identify and propose process improvements at the project level, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency in coordination with the Operations Manager.
Maintain detailed and organized project documentation to support operational transparency.
Organize and lead project-specific meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective information flow across teams.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager (mandatory).
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 or fluent conversational level).
5 years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in IT).
Knowledge of Tableau, databases, and SQL.
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello, Monday, or ClickUp.
Scrum Master certification.
Strong verbal and written communication (in both English and Spanish).
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
