Job Title: Social Media Manager – Influencers & StreamersLocation:Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid/On-site preferred)Overview:We’re looking for a strategic and creativeSocial Media Managerwith proven experience growingpersonal brands and influencer accounts,not just traditional company pages. You’ll play a key role in amplifying the online presence of our influencer roster across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, X, Reddit, Telegram, Youtube, Snapchat and more. You’ll be the digital voice behind multiple influencer and streamer brands—responsible for crafting engaging content, managing online communities, and optimizing performance to grow influence and revenue. We’re looking for a dynamicSocial Media Manager with a deep passion for digital storytelling and influencer culture that understands the nuance of managing personalities and performance across platforms. Responsible for crafting engaging content, managing online communities, and optimizing performance to grow influence and revenue.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Branding:
  • Develop and execute personalized social media strategies that align with each influencer’s brand voice, audience, and growth.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee content production in collaboration with influencers and creators. Ensure all content is on-brand, trend-conscious, and optimized for engagement.
  • Talent Collaboration:
  • Work hands-on with lifestyle influencers and streamers to create authentic narratives that resonate with their audiences. Provide creative direction while maintaining their unique voice.
  • Platform Performance & Tracking:
  • Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and monthly reports, including growthinTikTok, and Instagram.
  • Trend & Culture Monitoring:
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to help influencers maintain relevance and competitive edge.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Manage DMs, comments, and engagement strategies to build meaningful relationships with audiences and potential brand partners.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years experience in social media management.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and digital communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Hootsuite, or similar
  • Comfortable working closely with high-profile personalities and adapting to their evolving needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in influencer marketing, community building, or content creation
  • Experience working with streamers or creators
  • Skills in graphic design, video editing, and meme culture fluency
  • Digital marketing or communications degree is a plus

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco; WeWork las Americas, country club. Onsite for training, then hybrid (mostly remote).Contract scheme plus benefits.
